How to reset the password of a Custom Cloud Console (CCC) Member using WACM?

The Custom Cloud Console does not send any emails to Members and requires all password resets to be handled by the Control Account Admin in the Wasabi Account Control Manager or by a Sub-Account Member Admin in your Custom Cloud Console. 

To reset the password as a Wasabi Account Control Manager user: 

1. Login to Wasabi Account Control Manager

2. Select the existing Sub-Account of the Member that you want to reset the password for.


3. Once the new Sub-Account is created, go to the Members tab 


4. Select the Member you want to reset the password for. 


5. Scroll down to the Security section and enter a New Password, Confirm Password, and the click the Update Password button to save.
