Important Pricing Update for Wasabi Ball Service

Effective November 1, 2023

Dear Valued Wasabi Ball Customers and Partners,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming pricing adjustment for our Wasabi Ball service in North America. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing our service offerings. Below, you will find a concise summary of the forthcoming changes.

New Wasabi Ball Price:

Effective November 1, 2023, the new monthly rental rate for the Wasabi Ball, which includes shipping, will be $750.

Affected customers:

This pricing modification applies to all new and existing Wasabi Ball customers who place an order for the Wasabi Ball on or after November 1, 2023.

Excluded customers:

This pricing change will not impact our existing Wasabi Ball customers who placed an order for Wasabi Ball or already acquired the Wasabi Ball before November 1, 2023. Your current pricing will remain unchanged. However, beginning November 1, 2023, the new pricing will apply to all new orders of the Wasabi Ball.
