How do I use AhsayCBS with Wasabi?

Ahsay Cloud Backup Suite (AhsayCBS) is an advanced client-server based on-premises and cloud backup software solution for Businesses and MSPs.  If you wish to use this product with Wasabi, please follow the instructions in this article. Note that this example shows the use of Wasabi's us-east-1 storage region. To use other Wasabi storage regions, please use the appropriate Wasabi service URL as described in this article

Configuring Ahsay Destinations:

First you will need to add a Destination for the Wasabi service. When you start the server (windows screen shown below), select the Basic Icon.

Next, choose the Predefined Destinations Tab:

Ahsay_KB_Article_3.pngSelect the + (plus) sign to add a new service, enter a name and from the pull down menu choose AWS S3 Compatible Cloud Storage option.

Enter the service host (i.e. s3.wasabisys.com for us-east-1 or s3.us-west-1.wasabisys.com for us-west-1). The port will be 443. 

Enter your Access Key and Secret Key that you generated on the Wasabi Console previously.

Enter the name of the bucket that you created on the Wasabi Console previously. (be sure that you use a bucket that is in the region that matches your host (service-url).
