How do I resolve a Network Failure problem due to firewall issues at Comcast/Xfinity?

Problem: I am a Comcast customer. When accessing the Wasabi Console I am able to log in, but when attempting to access the buckets, the screen returns a “Network Failure” error and am unable to  access any of my files. 


Solution: This post is specific to Comcast customers who are facing a “Network failure” and are unable to resolve the issue with the steps from article

Check your xFi Advanced Security Firewall to see if these sites are blocked or blacklisted:

  • the Wasabi service URL(s) you are using (see this article)

You may want to disable this Firewall and then try accessing website again.
