What are the differences between Governance Roles?

In Wasabi Account Control Manager's Account Governance feature, Governance users have a variety of roles to choose from; More than standard WACM Control Accounts.
The Account Governance feature introduces the word "Plus" into the WACM nomenclature. "Plus" in the name is the addition of Sub-Account permissions to the roles.
The differences between these roles are broken down in regard to Sub-Accounts and the Platform:
