Why is my WACM account temporarily disabled?

For security reasons, when we detect 3 successive failed login attempts to the WACM portal, the account for the used email address is locked temporarily for 1 hour and a notification will be displayed on the screen:




Note that the first two failures will give you a pop up error to let you know how many logins you have left:



If you continue to try to log in and reach 8 successive failed login attempts, the account will be disabled and you will need to have your WACM Administrator re-enable your account.

If you are still unable to access your account despite having been re-enabled, you will need to reset your password by selecting Forgot Password when logging in or request that your WACM Administrator send you a link to reset your password in order to regain access to the account again.
