unable to make an object public on a paid account

whenever I make a file public I am unable to access it I get the following error

but I have this setting on 
any fixes for this? I've emailed support and no reply so far

    Hi There,

    This is Gowtham from the Wasabi Technical Support Team. I want to bring to your notice that our public access policy was recently changed from March 13th, 2023, such that any newly created account after that time period, will not be able to enable public access, and please refer to the article here. If your use case can be achieved by sharing objects via a shared link, we strongly recommend using pre-signed URLs as mentioned here.

    In a case where pre-signed URLs are not a workable solution, please reach out to our support ticketing system by emailing support@wasabi.com with your detailed use case and the storage volume you want to have with Wasabi in the future.
