Wasabi Drive is not accessible

Hi guys, I'm new here and I'm struggling to find anything around the basics as to why my bucket is not accessible when it comes to third party applications like CloudBerry Drive or Backup. I used both account for Root and IAM access keys and secret keys which was successfully mounted but every time I entered the drive, it gave me the error message saying that  "W :/ is not accessible. Incorrect Function".

I'm sure it has to do with the policy issues which I didn't apply earlier however I tried "AdministratorAccess"  "WasabiFullAccess"  "WasabiAdministratorAccess"  and "AmazonS3FullAccess"  none of which work.

What I am missing here?

    Hi Ward,

Thank you for posting your question on our community forum.

The error message from the application could be related to a lack of permissions in the case of accessing with a sub-user. However, that should not occur when you use the access/secret key of the root user. If that happens, it could be an issue reaching the S3 endpoints.

Please reach out to us at support@wasabi.com indicating the account name, sub-user name and buckets involved, so we can further analyze this case.
